The passkeepers are the first people parishioners encounter as they enter the church on a Sunday morning. They stand by the front door to welcome visitors, distribute newsletters and hymn books.
During the service, passkeepers attend to the offertory and the collection, as well as acting as a steward when it comes to communion. They stand at the back of the church during the service, ready to act in case of an emergency.
